Cardio is all we need rightnow !

As summers are here in Delhi , weather is getting more humid day by day. Lets make best use of this season by shedding those extra kilos.  Cardio vascular training can be your best friend in this whole journey as it helps in maintaining a healthy body weight. Months of May to September  are most suitable to follow this training as weather is favorable too and our body responds much efficiently to all the hard work we put in.



What Cardio vascular fitness is? And how it helps to shed that extra fat from our body?

The ability of our lungs, blood cells and heart to supply more oxygen rich blood to the working muscles to produce more energy and work more effectively can be referred to as Cardio vascular training. Due to consumption of more energy, extra calories are burnt during this training. Everyone has their different ability to workout depending on varied parameters such as body weight, heart rate, level of oxygen consumption, muscular endurance and goal orientation etc. The best part about this training is that it can be performed anywhere. No extra equipment is required. Brisk walking or jogging is the simplest kind of cardio exercise. There are many more such as running, swimming, aerobics, cycling, jumping, rope skipping etc. Cardio training is always fun and one is always free to change their routine and mix and match various exercises to avoid monotony.

The world we live in today has completely changed the outlook of people as more and more people are getting engage to follow these fitness regimes. Obesity is a matter of concern in all over the world and people have now started to realize the need to maintain a healthy weight in order to reduce the risk of many life threatening diseases which obesity can result in. Obesity doesn't only restrict one physically but mentally as well. Thus, Cardio vascular training is a bliss for all those people who are looking forward to burn those layers of fat underneath their skin. It also helps in maintaining good muscle ratio in our body. People who can't over-strain themselves in weight training but still want good results, cardio is all you need. It also improves condition of our heart and respiratory system.
It even helps in maintaining healthy skin, supplying good amount of oxygen to its pores so that they can breathe well.

Investing time in a good Cardio training session is a must to stay fit and healthy these days. With good music, it is always fun and cardio can seriously give you the best time of your day.

So, everyone should get their butt off from their Sofa and workout in whatever possible means they have. If you wish for something, you get to work for it. This is the mantra we all should follow. Lift your spirit up to a healthy and active mind.
